Some of new forms are appeared. Also Takeru Tenkuji and Tsukasa Kadoya are return in Zi-O. Also, Tsukasa obtained some of Neo Heisei Era Rider Forms.

So the scans say that:
- Decade Ride Watch harnesses the power of Kamen Rider Decade
- Decade Armor allows Zi-O to simultaneously use other rider powers by attaching an additional ride watch to the Decade Ride Watch
- W Armor allows Zi-O to hurl swift kick and punch moves towards the enemy
- Ride Heisaber is a sword exclusive to Decade Armor, attaching a ride watch to it will boost its sharpness
- Another Kuuga will be a giant foe
- Tsukasa for unknown reasons has allied with the Timejackers, and will be operating with Hora

Aura is the girl who's name also got translated as Hora

I gotta wonder why they went with Gratefull instead of Toucon Boost for the Ghost Upgrade Form.

Maybe the writers really want to make Sougo are connected with 15 Heroic Souls so they choose Grateful Damashii in Zi-O DecadeArmor...

Look I know it wont happen, but I would love for tsukasa to become the other rider for the series, especially since they went to the effort of modifying his belt

Probably because without the hoodie, Boost would look wrong. It'd be basically just the base suit, rather than the actual boost form.

At the very least, he's around during both the Another Ghost episodes and also the "Kasshin" (Oma Zi-O vassal in gold armor) ones. He doesn't seem to be around in the shots of the actual Oma Zi-O battle though.
