Neither terrible nor excellent! It's definitely good that General Burke is getting screentime. Nate's emotion over potentially losing Steel felt rather genuine.

Main Pecking Points:

- Despite what the General has in mind for Steel, we don't see the other Beast Bots weighing in!

- There was definitely more Sentai footage of AntennaTron that could've been used.

- The Ben and Betty jokes are starting to wear down to "hit-or-miss" territory (if they hadn't already before). They should use them for comedic relief only so much in a given episode.

- I CAN'T IGNORE THE FACT THAT NATE'S ZORD ISN'T A DAMNED MANTIS!!!

This is a problem I've had with the series in general. The idea is sometimes pushed that the Beast Bots are their valued friends but outside of a focus episode, they are barely in the background. They maybe get one line in the cockpit but otherwise Cruise, Smash and Dax are just, sort of... non-existent. I was amazed they decided to directly adapt that one Go-Busters episode about needing to understand the value of their partners as people rather than robots; because unlike Go-Busters, up until this point absolutely zero relationship had been established so it feels like it comes out of nowhere.

I really wish they'd do more with these guys, because as it stands they more or less exist only to sell toys. ... and, granted, that's what most things in this show are there for; but at least make it a little less transparent!

I mean, it's so obviously a beetle, that I'm not sure how they can possibly call it a mantis with a straight face. I guess assume that kids are stupid enough to buy it and move on? I guarantee you that many kids will notice this too, though.

I would rather them not being used for comic relief. I cringed a lot and it reminded me of why I hate Neo-Saban seasons so much.

I really hated Ben and Betty this episode. Why did they show up to the warehouse? How the hell did they get captured during the couple seconds on screen?! This episode made me really hate that they exist in this show.
