Form what I've gathered, Master Asia was the first unreleased Figuarts that most people knew about, making him the poster toy for unreleased Figuarts. Personally, I would buy him unless I had a RD Master Gundam to pose is the same poses.

Like Blade Raider said, Hurricaneger is just for the V-Cinema. If they were going backwards from Deka specifically, we would get Abaranger first.

He's one of the really early Figuarts (like #10 or something). Back when Figuarts were about $25. He gets reissued sometimes, the last being through BlueFin last year.
