I got so much done in this new world. I have a nice home, I created snow and iron golem and encased them in glass in case of an emergency, I built a Nether Portal using the bucket method (Which was easy as hell), and now I'm working on getting the On a Rail trophy.

Good luck with that one. I'll never forget the 3x3x3000 tunnel I made on PC... and then filled with a rail. Legitimately. But that kinda kills any interest I have in doing it again here, even at only a sixth of the length. Just so much work! But of course, totally doable.

I did find a mineshaft though. The rails from there will help a lot.

I think I've recovered pretty well from the mishap the other day; found 28 diamonds in one dig last night alone. :3 Still haven't made up for my lost emeralds or Ender pearls (ugh I'll never find a stronghold at this rate). But what I really want to do is find a Nether Fortress. Because there's soooo many Achievements that have their root in getting Blaze Rods. And I just cannot for the life of me find one.

So I'm screwed. Went to the Nether, lost where I put the portal, and can't get home.

I've had some similar Nether escaped but managed to find my way out each time... And holy balls do I hate my Nether. I found all four edges of it (wow is the Nether small) and not one hint at a Fortress. At all. I spent hours in there. Even reset my Nether a few times thinking it actually did anything, until I realized it just kept generating the exact same Nether (so... not all that useful. Why is it still a thing?? I get the help after fortress were introduced, but if it does nothing now... it's just kind of misleading.).

I eventually made a new world with the same seed and entered the Nether at the same point as my survival world. And eventually found a fortress. One. I'm used to there being multiple easier-than-this to find ones thanks to PC, ugh... And only half of the hallway is exposed. The rest of it is inside netherrack mountains! I'd have never found that without flying around!!

The worst part though? It's basically just under my portal. >_<

Not only is he not playing PC, but that's not even a vanilla command. So... wouldn't have been helpful. Can't just assume everyone plays modded/on a server with extra command plugins.

NVM, I was thinking of MCPE servers.

Mine has a huge ass fortress. The only saving grace is I built two portals. One near my house, and one across the map which I used this time and lost. Now.. I think I remember where the house one is. It's just at the top of the nether. Which means climbing. With Ghasts blasting me from behind.

Oh I've only barely explored it and it seems decently sized. It's just entirely underground and would be impossible to find. >_<

Freaking Ghasts... I don't remember them ever being this bad on PC. It's like the game insists three must be on screen at all times and attacking you always. That second part's faithful and is something I've always hated, but seriously there's just soooo many.
