Yes! This is exactly what I've hoped for. Since Black I always wanted another "living" bike. Well an undead horse is far from living, but at least the design makes sense now.

And if there were more bikes with a will of their own since Black, feel free to correct me, I don't remember any. And no Gouram, doesn’t count

Oh yeah those. Probably didn’t think of them because they only happened in those finishing attacks. I hope the Ghoststriker actually shows some live of its own, and this is not something I associate with the Ryuki bikes, they are not prominent enough for that. But they certainly are alive.

Auto Vajin maybe... but I have no idea about Faiz, so...

A sentient bikes are awesome, Battlehopper was my second favorite character in Black. I felt he got shafted though as Acrobatter though lol. I would count Auto Vajin at least because it has A.I. and technically Tridoron can be controlled by Mr. Belt so that's close too.

Something occurred to me about Ghost and it's something I really, really like: The driving force behind the story is the transformation collectibles themselves. What he uses to transform are directly integral to the plot. That hasn't really been done since OOO. Each new form will signify progression towards the overarching goal. For me, that definitely makes the Eyecons seem WAY less gimmicky than Shift Cars, Wizard Rings, or Astro Switches.

I see what you're saying. The final goal is to have obtained all the Icons which give the show the its storyline.

Yeah that is something good, that makes me even more excited for it.
