Actually that is just Ore Damashii. The face just seems different because of the low quality.

You're probably right, looking at it again. The silvery bit on the side of the eye looks orange in the lighting. Made me think it was a different eye shape.

Well, looking at the current Eyecon images, Billy The Kid's color is also an orange tone....

Its an orange tone but its different from the one in the pick. But I could be wrong since I'm color blind
