Smogon even says that the use of their rules are completely optional and are in no way official rulings.

I don't follow them. I just find them very stupid aside from the ones like Sleep Clause, Evasion Clause etc.

I got a Modest one with 31 IVs in Special Attack. Thank goodness for the Ability Capsule because it has Shield Dust instead of Compoundeyes.
