Two words: ONORE INOUE!
Whoever at Toei thought it was a good idea to hire Mister Faiz again deserves a Rider Kick. Hibiki started out as such a good show, but the last 19 episodes turned into a horrible, heartbreaking pain. The characters didn't feel like the characters I've known and loved anymore, they all turned into idiots. Kiriya was one of those characters in Inoue's shows that's unrealistic as hell, because that show-off wouldn't have stood a chance in real life or against the characters before the team changed. What really angered me was how they were turning Todoroki into a useless dork and the whole thing about Zanki dying. Also, Ibuki was suddenly an airhead and Akira was sudddenly all about hate- a wish for revenge was NEVER EVER part of her character and felt sooo out of place for her. And then there's Asumu, suddenly asking Hibiki again if he could become an Oni- even though he said he actually didn't want to be one when he first asked Hibiki about it. Defuq? And their last talk totally ruined it for me. Hibiki shouldn't have said "You have always been my disciple"- this wasn't a student teacher relationship! Hibiki was supposed to be like a father for Asumu in the older episodes. He should've said something like "You'll always be like a son to me". Nargh ;_;

OOO/Fourze Movie War Mega Max: Yay! I finally know what happens after OOO. Anyways it was great to see the cast of OOO again. I thought the story was great and the characters were amazing. Eiji was a total asskicker in this movie especially out of costume this was a field day for me. Ankh coming back was wicked too. I loved Kamen Rider Aqua he was badass and Poseidon was a serious threat. It was great to see more of Shotarou and Philip too I so need to watch W. As a fan of the Legendary Seven Kamen Riders I love the scenes with them especially seeing X's upgraded finisher. Also I love the black helmet on Nigou that just needs to stay on all the time. The Fourze part was really fun and I loved every part with Nadeshiko and Gentarou so much fun. I really should watch Fourze sometime since I think I've seen almost every movie with him. This was clearly directed by Koichi Sakamoto because I can clearly tell the similarities between this and Kyoryuger. The Super Tatoba form is totally awesome and I loved the final fight scene with everyone and that was a great use of all of OOO's forms in a fight scene. I wish they would do more with Foundation X, Kamen Rider Aqua, and OOO again because they need to rebuild Ankh's medal.

And that is why I always say to stop watching after episode 29.

Unfortunately, whether you stop at episode 29 or 49 is irrelevant as Hibiki does not have an ending at all. As such, you might as well just end the show at 29 as there is no reason to proceed since there is still no climax. We learn absolutely nothing during the last 20 episodes of the show that we did not already know during the first 29. In fact, the episodes of Decade make a better ending for Hibiki than Hibiki.

So Kagami is being called a traitor and Tendou can't find himself an open restaurant. Such stark contrast. So the only reason why Tendou came back to Hiyori's resturantr was because all of the other ones were closed. Nice logic there. There's this pointless scene where Tendou's shoe falls off and Kamen Rider the First's Rider one makes a cameo.

AHA! I always knew the traitor was Kanzaki Shiro! And he proceeds to get killed by the Worm impersonating him.

Stopping to watch a show at some point is no option for me. I either watch the show as a whole or I don't watch it at all, because imho, you can't judge a show properly if you haven't seen all of it.

Episodes 1-29 are all of Hibiki. The rest is just Diet Faiz with the same cast.

The the heck happened? Is the dude that was in the hospital relevant? Is the Faiz man important?
