yea. well by the looks of thing joe of in High school during 02 the rest minus TK and Hikari are wearing the uniform joe wore in 02 while TK and Hikairi are wearin the uniform tai and co wore in 02

High School typically encompasses 4 years, so it's entirely possible that they're at the same school, with Joe simply being a year or two ahead.

That true. But this is Japan school system what I learn it goes in three 1-a 1-b 1-c being first years third years are last. This just going by school anime I watched
