No. It states her as the Fourth. And it can only cay that because the series has ended. Before she 4th wielder it had Kento as 3rd. It didn't say "current", simply 3rd. Also, you shouldn't put so much stock into what the site says. It can be wrong from time-to-time since it's a fanmade thing.

More images. Short hair Reika, mustachio'd Ryoga, Older Ren, Teacher Ogami, Mei has a dog, and Rintarou.

Edit: Before anyone thinks the kid in Ogami's image is Sora. That's not him. Sora was most likely 11 during the show. In the manga, Sora was born roughly 5-6 years after the Luna incident. 8 years later would make Sora 19-years old. in the V-Cinema.
