That is Zero from MegaMan X, but about 100 years later. There are four games in the series, they originally came out for the GBA but then Ca$hcom rereleased them on one DS card. I definitely recommend checking it out as it gives us a perfect ending to the original MM universe. Well, there are still unanswered questions, but they pretty much come from wanting to know what happened inbetween X and Zero just like Classic and X.
