is it wrong that i want to have my blastoise on my OR from begining cause i had him as a wee squrtile from Fire red and i would like him to be in my OR game

Nope nothing wrong, you shouldn't be hinder on as to how you want to play your own game and how you want to experience it.

If you send it to OR before you get the national dex then it won't be a registered pokemon *the National Pokedex is available after you catch the mascot legendary of either of the Gen 3 remakes*.

That doesn't stop someone from using it though. I myself am planning to send over a Cleffa egg as soon as I get the game because I've never raised one before.
