There's no reason for it, Sam is currently running around with the shield, we have a female Thor, Tony is busy being superior and stuff, the comics have always been different, there's no need to try to homogenize them.

Yes a thousand times yes. They were doing so well the last two years since marvel now to kepp them distant from the movies. And now they are keeping a stunt like this? What are they gaining from making Magneto not the father? Why do they have to be inhumans for christ sake?

I dont like this at all. The Maximoffs are some of my favorite characters in comics and this is not acceptable.

Heck, part of the fun is seeing the same concepts reinterpreted in a new medium, being different enriches both versions.
