Someone on Youtube uploaded an update about it, I'm guessing that they might just be having region lock issues with this DLC currently, that's probably the only logical reason.

Currently re-doing EV training for the Gallade that I got on Pokemon X via GTS, been trying to get a Pokemon that doesn't have HP as its highest EV.
