After closely looking at the timing, I wonder if all of this was done in order to shut people up while JDF was at Wizard World so they wouldn't bug him about it in-person.

But then again, I'm a notorious conspiracy theorist. Don't mind me.

Definitely get out and keep voting guys. I may not like what the game has become or how it's been co-opted, but I'm still in it for at least Titanium & Phantom. And those two have luckily been on a steady rise numbers wise.

Update: A few of the rangers that got their percentages bumped into the mid 30s are now in the 40s. WE CAN DO THIS!
