So will this actually come true? This scan was released way back when they first announced the New Generation Riders. Deleted scene or scrapped footage?

I have a strong feeling that he's going to become another tally mark on the Genesis Riders' collective record, or his corpse will mark where Micchy finally and completely crossed the line... or be an unintended victim of Kota's.

Either way, I think that such an event would be a wake-up call for Kaito. Zach and the rest of Team Baron seems to be his morality pets at this point; were something to happen to them, I imagine "enraged" would be an understatement in regards to his reaction.

Unless he himself is the one who does Zach in... Hmm.
