Just to clarify, Hayate is a sword, Hayato is a person.
I agree that there's a possibility that Desast could get a redemption. Cross-Z New World turned Evolt in to an antihero, but not really a sympathetic one since the only reason he left Earth was since his son basically told him to get lost. Evolt is still a pretty terrible guy and he only looks sympathetic compared to Killbus, who is insane. Desast might be a similar case, a villain who is charming, funny, has his own blog (hopefully he at least makes better coffee!) and just happens to want to murder swordsmen for the hell of it. I'll support his redemption, if it's done right and not OOC. Fukuda defied expectations with Adel's redemption, making sure it happened gradually and realistically with surprisingly good results, so I have faith. I even think Zooous could get a redemption. Seriously, that was just my inner MatPat from Game Theory, Film Theory, and Food Theory coming out. It was just me connecting the dots. I guess I kind of sound like this. ![]() Last edited by 806mtson; 02-05-2021 at 12:53 PM.. |

Yeah. If Evolto could have a semi-redemption arc and turn into an anti-hero even though he is so sadistic and twisted, Desast, a charming, funny, villain could more easily become a bit more heroic. Heck, he isn't even associated with the Megid anymore, he is only by himself. I can see him and the Sword of Logos Squad getting in at least an uneasy relationship if they were to need to fight some larger threat. Look at when Desast fought Ren Akamichi. They were fighting each other and were having a blast. They both loved the fact that they were fighting, together. So, I say that at least Ren Akamichi would love to be able to spar with Desast almost everyday. Heck, imagine if Desast got himself a Holy Sword that allows him to gain forms based upon the Alter Ride Books. I mean, they are under the category "Villain Rider", so there are some possibilities.

Just realized something that I don't think I've seen anyone pointed out about Saikou X-Swordman. Like I've seen people complain about and ask why he's so colorful, but it makes total sense that it's that way rather than just "it's based around comic books". You know what color light is? White. You know what happens when you shine white light through a prism? It turns into a rainbow.
So yea, it definitely makes sense that Saikou goes from "white" (if you consider the color of the Kin no Buki Gin no Buki WRB to be white with its clearish silvery blue) to "rainbow" with X-Swordman. |

Let me just stop right here and let's start speculating about what potential Wonder Ride Books we might see in the future. So, looking at the current "Primitive Dragon", there will have to be something that can counter its berserker state. So, I say a Saint George based Wonder Ride Book could tame Primitive Dragon. Also, I have just realized that the previous time a Main Rider had a Berserker Form with a Dragon as part of it was Kamen Rider Build KeyDragon. |

KeyDragon wasn't a berserker form, except for the Hazard variant, which I don't think was ever seen in-show because by the time Sento got the Hazard Trigger, it had already been established that anything dragon-themed went to Banjou.
And, uh... I don't want to be rude, but you've been saying your Saint George theory ever since Primitive Dragon was revealed, if not before. We get it. It is a neat idea, but bringing it up over and over won't make it any more likely to be true, or any more interesting than it was the first time.

Yeah. KeyDragon was a form that had a time limit because it was too strong for Sento to utilize. If used for too long it caused him damage.

KeyDragon got used briefly during Hazard, it was mostly a last resort against Evolt when he first showed up to possess Banjo.
Though by that point Sento had been using Hazard so much via the FullFull Bottle that the forms lasted fairly long before the automatic system started to kick in to where he had to switch to a FullFull form. |

I just thought of this, but what if there are two upgrades that let Touma control Primitive Dragon, and the first lets him use a dragon form(think Ryuki's Final Form Ride), while the second lets him control it more conventionally.
