Sadly true. It's just a sad thing. Remove the nostalgia and MMPR is one of the worst seasons. Hell MMPR is also why people view PR as a joke.

MMPR is not a good show at all in general in my opinion. I do think some of the later seasons are better directed and written.

That... still wouldn't be fanfiction... ANYTHING Power Rangers that Saban produces is official, and thus cannot be called fanfiction, no matter what format it is in.

A fanfiction is something made by someone not associated with the production of the inspiration for said fanfiction. For example: JK Rowling couldn't write a fanfiction for the Harry Potter series.
