Yeah, like Matrixbeast said, they've been making so many changes to the games, many of them meant to make them more user-friendly and just easier in general to get the Pokemon you want, that if they did away with the dumb starter gender ratios, the only purpose of which is being user-unfriendly and keeping you from getting the Pokemon you want...wouldn't be surprising is all.

Though worst case scenario I just hope you don't need to go through like 5 minutes of fluff every time you reset for a starter like in XY...resetting for a female one without a shit nature (i think the first one i got was adamant or something lmao) was rather tedious.

Also count me in the ranks of Maractus fans. Like literally the only Pokemon merchandise I have outside of the games is a Maractus finger puppet. Because. I love it. Cute cactus master race.

Personally, Torracat is my favourite middle evolution, and Ash Greninja is great! I just want to know everything's stats, and considering how large the demo is, they haven't learned from ORAS, 500MB. Everything's gonna get datamined

Same. I have a Shiny Maractus from my Black version that I appropriately nicknamed Needles.

That said, I'm also happy Mega Evolution continues in Sun/Moon (Love the new animation for it). Now I just want the Primal Kyogre/Groudon orbs and Mega Hydreigon/Mega Zoroark, and other Megas in the concept art I saw to be confirmed.

Yeah, but like... Regular Kangaskhan wasn't particularly horrible so a stat boost did wonders. I don't think we can say the same about Maractus? It seems really weak overall :S

I'm not sure if this is only for the USA or not, but aren't they doing a Hoopa event right now?
