Haven't yet put together a full team, but Caterpie (now a Metapod) is definitely going to be a party member for a while.

Yes, we have to register each other in our 3DSes in order to trade. I have mine at the bottom of my post. G-Wonder

Just a warning for anyone hunting Shiny Minior.

Make sure to have a Pokemon with the Damp ability up front! I had to battle six Minior before one didn't use Self-Destruct so I could catch it.
