In the alternative dimension of Mighty Morphin Ranger Operators, Jason was the one who was put under an evil spell by Rita.
 She utilised all the time he put into his arms, to make him into a gunslinging badass that pushed the Rangers to the limits.  In this universe, it was Zack who was chosen to lead the team, for his ability to make all those around him happy.  "I'm sorry bro, I gotta do this, defeating you is the only way to remove the spell!"   Mighty Morphin Ranger Operators, you know what time it is!
