His shoulder thingies remind me of Ultimate Zero.

And Tyranitar was used as a Godzilla stand-in in one of the poke studios movies, it was fun.

Tyranitar was pretty cool, but I wasn't a big fan since his sand stream made things annoying for me, too.

With the exceptions of areodactyl and gyrados, the leaked megas are really starting to match that "fake" list of what pokemon were supposed to get one.
