I'm of the opinion that Zangetsu Shin is definitely the hardest to find and most expensive Figuart to get ahold of. Gai was pretty bad too, though I thought his price went down considerably?

Kachidoki was pretty bad at one point as well, and that was a retail release.

He's slowly working his way down. I see him fairly consistently for about 8000-ish.

I think Kamen Rider Yuuki might be considered rare, I don't see many of him on Mandarake and the only ones on Ebay are overing the 200 range.
