They've sold toys without being so dense and over the top. Even gimmicky series like Gaim and Gokaiger managed to be decent without being so juvenile (...Mostly)

Yeah since I do like it when Sentai can contain plenty of humor while having a generally serious overall storyline like Gokaiger did. I think Go-Busters bombing ruin the chance of Sentai doing another show with a similar style again.

The tone didn't cause Go-Busters to bomb, the lack of toys to sell did. They went with a minimalist line up and no gimmick and it bit them in the ass. So they deem it a failure.

For those who have seen GORENGER...

I'm really interested in checking it out. Do any of you have a list of recommended episodes to watch? I'm not sure I'm up to watching all 80+ episodes, so I'm looking for a sampler of everyone's favorites. Maybe 10-20 installments just to see if I'm interested in investing my time in the whole thing.

I thought about starting a whole thread for this, but figured it'd be better to ask here. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have a question I had someone ask on a different forum I had no real answer to. So I am asking the Dekaranger experts among you.

Is there a specific meaning to the 100 on Dekamasters cosume?

But yeah, it probably has something to do with defeating 100 mooks, if I remember SPD correctly. Same reason for Deka apparently.
