Just regular "spiral" bulbs. lol. Don't know what they are supposed be called but I after checking they are Phillip mini decorative twister bulbs.

They did a really good job with those tremor effect parts, they look great.

The figure itself is awesome too of course, but I'm not a One Piece collector.
