OOO has this one in the bag. Much like I argued when Den-O faced Kabuto, the Hyper Zecter does not equal victory. OOO has far more raw power than Kabuto does, more versatility as well. It would be a great close match but I think OOO pulls this one out.

I've never looked at Hyper that way. When he goes into Hyper Clock up time stops. He only travels through time once. In God Sped Love he uses time travel to send the meteor that would have destroyed future Earth, to the past. Resulting in the events of the TV show. The Zecter itself can traverse time but as far as I know he doesn't have free control over time travel. Though when Caucasus had the Hyper Zecter he did appear to have more of a mastery over it.

I know everyone is saying that it's not an instant win, but I think too many are completely writing it out. He's moving so fast that Clock Up'd characters seem stationary. This advantage is just way too great to ignore.

Ah, I've been waiting for this. I was totally ready to write this one off for OOO - he has a very wide range of powers and combos that massively dwarf Kabuto, who is, after all, pretty much just a martial artist who occasionally pulls out a gun. This should be a total curbstomp, especially with Super TaToBa being able to stop time and completely cancel out Clock Up/Hyper Clock Up.

Of all the recent Riders this always had the most lag time. Granted, this was usually only a few seconds, but it takes noticeably longer than it does for Kabuto to smack his hip. And, as one of the last fully self-contained Riders, that's all he needs to do to activate Clock Up.

So basically I see the fight going like this (and please excuse the bad color, I was too lazy to grab my good lamp and all but the first shot came out badly tinted):













Yeah, that's kind of cheap and dirty, but anyone who's watched Kabuto tell me that that's not exactly how Tendou would play this fight.

OOO may have the far greater advantage in terms of, well, everything, but if Kabuto is able to steal his medals (and I'm assuming Eiji is carrying them for a change - if Miura is off to the side tossing them in this gets even more unfair) then he's just stuck with TaToBa form (this fight is apparently post-MegaMax, so the PuToTyra medals are no longer inside Eiji). TaToBa OOO vs. Kabuto, possibly with the Hyper Zecter? Yeah, I'm calling that one for Kabuto.

tl;dr: Kabuto trolls his way to victory.

I was actually thinking that was a possibility, but I didn't bring it up because I was the one who stated Transformations were free actions, and I didn't want to seem like a hypocrite.
But Eiji's lag time for medal swapping does hit ridiculous levels.

Everybody does know that every rider doesn't start in their base form whenever they fight, right? This is one of the reasons why I was hoping the final match would've been OOO vs Den-O. I was gonna have multiple form-locked matches and the accumulated score would determine the winner
