Still digging it. Enter has already done a better job at being the bad guy then walz did throughout his run. I like that the busters don't take any crap, morph, kick ass and have time to spare to put out fires =p
Yoko shooting Ace was awesome as was Yoko and Ryuji helping civilians, reminded me of light-speed rescue =) The explantation of their weaknesses was neat and i liked the development we got this week. Can we haz figuarts now plz? Didn't bother with the Gokaigers but after these two episode i really like the Busters suit designs and just want to own them =p My guess is because the Megazords were used by the busters parents and co before they went into sub-space, that if they just sent one normally the busters would be able to beat it easy. Giving it the Metaroids abilities helps to beef it up and make it a weapon apposed to a tool. |

Lots of good things going on. I really like the team dynamic and the buddyroids. Enter is cool, and the separate Metaroid/Megazord baddies is a fresh take.
I'm already hooked on this show. I read this somewhere else, but this series has a "Neon Genesis Evangelion" Sentai feel to it. Chosen children, big calamity 10+ years ago, the control center has a NERV feel. Heck, even the closing song that seems at odds tone-wise to the show. Not complaining at all, just struck me. |

One thing I might have to start doing is counting how many times they throw away their sunglasses....I'm curious to know how many they'll have gone through by the end of the show

As far as i can tell, yes =) Enter always (well the past two eps.) creates a roid then his laptop screen shows it uploading. Then we get a shot of the megazord being scanned and changing and gaining things that were present on the roid, so last weeks got a shovel arm and this week the head changed and it got a flamethrower in it's chest =)

The mecha scenes are where it's at, I love the new perspective, and we never truly see or feel what devastation a fight between mecha and enemies can have on a city, the form changes are awesome too.

Spoiler: Messiah is the Y2K Virus!
...what? Messiah was sent into Hyperspace (or whatever) 13 years ago. Do the math! |
