I think you might be right about it being custom. Take a closer look at those decals, they look like someone took a photo of Akiba Red and made it into a sticker.

Akibaranger doens't follow standards so they have thigh labels damn it!

I'm sure they probably aren't real but I'd love it if they were. For the prank the production staff pulled last year about an Akibaranger movie, they produced a bunch of one off toys for the show. A ranger key set, "DX" Itasha Robo, 1:1 Deka Wappa, sofubi Akibarangers. So technically speaking there are some actual Akiba keys out there, they just only ever made one set
