The person who took the pictures used effects parts from other figures and the longer scarf from the Cyclone Metal/Cyclone Trigger 2 pack, as stated before.

When it comes to nearly ANY Shishioh review he uses extra parts from other figures and sets. He has beautiful but often misleading pics. The best place to go for vanilla (i.e. using only the accessories included) review/galleries is Hacchaka.

The white outlines on the figure itself, the most noticeable being on the abdominal plates.

My bad, I had forgotten about those and didn't notice on the SHF either.

I think it's to set Cyclone apart from CycloneCyclone, make him a bit more visually striking, that's all.

Pity about the long scarf, but I still love the figure. Definitely a buy if it hits a decent aftermarket price.
