If anything trying to be a badass is only going to go against you, which is why I had reservations around Jack's tendency for flamboyance when he fights. Carter is no nonsense, the environment is unstable...

So how would the rest of Lightspeed Rescue and SPD do this? Wouldn't there be a lot of repeat matches?

True. Carter doesn't mess around when it comes to missions and fighting. He's there to get the job done. Jack is to, but as you said he's a bit more flamboyant and showy, whereas Carter is as straightforward as a mother fucker can be.

Each color bracket will have switched up fights. So it won't be Lightspeed VS S.P.D. for every color. Some match ups may be re visited at some point, but for the most part it'll always be different.

Our initial idea when drafting this is to always have two Rangers with some sort of connection, I mean just look Carter's and Jack's professions have been a big part of the debate already, this wouldn't have happened if picked it out of a hat at random which caused some of the matches on the Ultimate Team to stagnate then others to be wild landslides. Although right now I am the only one in Jack's corner... Where the hell is everyone?!

And it should be noted that I have all first round matches already planned out for Red, and (if this gets rolling more) Blue. So no need to worry about repeat matches a whole lot.
