Basically go Japanese with everything after Dino Thunder. SPD was when they started shrinking stuff and removing gimmicks from the morphers.

Wow never knew this. What was the difference between the USA samurai morpher and the Japanese version?

The PR Samurai morpher was basically a hunk of plastic. The Sentai Shoudophone had awesome sound effects.

Oh yes that. That was an awesome idea that they didnt even use in Samurai. Until Lauren showed up with her Dads morpher

Ah I see it now. What a difference. Ok I'm now going to buy the Japanese morphers on some. They looks so much cooler and bigger. Now I know the differences between the USA spd morphers. I saw mystic force also has a bigger morpher in the japan version. How about rpm, and overdrive? Any size difference in those two series of morphers in size wise?
So as the member said above starting after Dino thunder the USA decided to shrink the morphers down in size. why? It's terrible to have the Japan version be so much better that we can't buy here for retail. Errr...
So that means the Japan versions of the morphers we have to buy it a couple of years in advance before we see the USA versions come out later on guessing that our USA morphers will not be better that 2 to 3 year old morphers. This is from bandai USA cutting the size down and cutting out features.
