I dunno what vicious plague hit Sentai in recent years, but we were getting some creative as shit mecha, and then... ass. I feel like they got lazier with... shit as far back a Dino Thunder I want to say. With teh aux zords, and then it fluctuated, finally starting it's downward spiral with Jungle Fury IMO.

EDIT: Also yeah, Magiking. That thing was like a Transformer. It was almost incredible.

Goseiger had some good designs, but some very unengaging mech battles so you win that one. Same with Jungle Fury and Mystic force, the rest do nothing for me that you listed though.
