Why not? Aside from a station set piece to showcase the main five Ressha, what do you need to get?

Also, (and this is to Den-O and anyone who reviews it) Diesel's head is stored on/as a Schnabel Car. I will be insistent on this since it's clearer than trying to figure out what the hell Scope Ressha is.
