I didn't ask about a movie Spider-Man, though. I asked about the version from the '81 animated series, which most folks seem to forget ever existed. Granted, if they're including Spider-Ham then I guess anyone could show up.

I know, I grew up on it and loved the heck out of it. A lot of younger people I've talked to, though, have absolutely no idea what it is.

Spider-Ham isn't really a surprise since he's still a well-known variation.

Mangaverse Spider-man, on the other hand...That was a surprise.

Kind of sucks that Sony still has rights to The Spectacular Spider-man. With the Ultimate cartoon Spider-man playing a part in the event, a team-up with all the cartoon variations would have been great...

I kinda want them to get Alex Ross to just draw the Toei Spider-Man His art always looks really life like and would make a good contrast to all of the other Spideys.

Even I remember Spider-Man and his amazing friends granted I for got what the show was called until the UK realsesed the DVD and saw the ad of it on telly
