Turboranger
 That one was acutally very hard for me at least so I decided to see all the opening from 80´s because just the look from the robot itself indiactes that is a old one, and when I saw the turboranger opening, it all stood clear for me

To be exact it is the Turbo Rugger from Turboranger. It goes from a jet to a robot and utilizes rugby-based moves of all things.
