The images show it has a waist joint....

And it has a neck, but no rider gimmick figures to my knowledge ever have some kind of articulated abbs/torso. So no it doesn't have that, but AC's didn't either.

After seeing how you change the tire, I totally hope they give an extender with Dream Vegas so you can do the stretched out torso bit from the show. I mean, they kinda have to. It's his finisher!
