and was pointed out by Belt-San that he used the exact same system as Proto-Drive. its really not supposed to be a secret so can we finally move on?

Well
Chaser is a copy of the original Cyberoid used for Proto Drive. And Lupin's Cyberoid ZZZ is a copy of Chaser's. There seems to be a couple more copies out there haven't been revealed.. .

Uhm I'm sorry if this is a bit off topic, but when ordering bandai premium product do you order directly from the site, through a middle man, or something else entirely?

Assuming you're not in Japan, you'll have to use a middleman.
