Now that I’ve watched the video a couple of times and done a bit of searching, I second ElConvoy’s comment about this being cosplay.

I typed the names of the four models - Onna, Ceci, Jovi and Yona - into Google and saw that this video is also on YouTube. I also found a YouTube channel called BGs Kiss and the girls look to be a music group from Hong Kong.
