It depends if it takes Nihon or OT 2 more years to finish their subs. One of them is bound to finish it before Shout! announces it.

To my knowledge, the HK sub titles are the only way to watch subbed Hurricanger at the moment.

From what i hear, the set isn't terrible but wouldn't replace any official DVD from Shout Factory.
