No. That's Marika by far.

Poppy debuted in Episode 26, and will likely last through the series now.
Marika debuted in Episode 14, lasted through the ante-penultimate episode, appeared in all specials and movies excepting the Hyper Battle Video, Knuckle Gaiden and Kamen Rider Taisen.

This form doesn't have any parts in common with Cronus that Cronus didn't already take from Ex-Aid in the first place.
