About the proportion issue, I feel Build is slimmed down on the upper-body portion but it could also have that appearance because the page is slightly turned over. The bigger head does not help either, minor issues but nothing extreme.~

That's is one skinny ass rider lol. I can't tell for sure but it looks like he might be using the ghost hips and I know how that went for that line.

Aside from this drill sword/gun, I wonder what other accessories come with him. It would be hilarious if he has that curve equation base that his Rider kick has.

I can't tell because of the scan quality but are those the swing down hips or the newer ones? Because it kinda looks like the swing down ones.
