Eh, isn't that because Ultraman simply has more official sub support than KR? I was looking for KR subs on Amazon (the site, not the Rider) and the only official one I could find was for V3. Meanwhile almost all the Ultra stuff has official subs, even Ultra Q.

Also because Tsuburaya is actually willing to release for the western market. KR, as revealed by Shirakura is due to the aforementioned 2 flops, they've become very afraid.
