Also, the whole "we can do this because we believe in ourselves" isn't a new trope in any Sentai series. Maybe it'll change under the Reiwa era, but I doubt it. I've become used to it. And the fact that they're not screaming Yossha Lucky every five seconds helps a lot.

Except the nursery tone like approach notch it down for me. They preach about courage, friendship, love, trust, etc, but it's not believable when the characters have no depth beside the usual catchphrase hijinks. The amount of chomping and silly souls ruins it for me when they're finally seriously even against a early season boss. They need to improved the script and stop making it a one note series. I do have to say the pacing is quite fast, but painfully without depth and stakes after first episode. Even green's supposed "death" wasnt as dramatic as I hoped. Build and lupin characters really ruins it for me. I feel build approach on introducing more bottles work better than now souls are debuted here.
