Up for preorder on Tokullectibles and oof, he's pricier both than Evol Phase 4 and Cross-ZBuild.

I'd skip this if I wasn't a sucker for Build's suit designs.

I am a new collector. Is Tokullectibles the only place is USA to take preorder? Or there is a Tamashi website that I can proorder? Thanks

It's not the only place, but if you're in the USA they tend to be pretty solid about their prices, especially shipping-wise.

Unfortunately the closest the US ever gets to ordering from Tamashii directly is Bluefin Brands, but they haven't grown to the point of being able to release everything yet.
