Also "overpower" is a gross overstatement, since neither three of your so called "Revenge Trio" (a nickname that doesn't really apply to Shoma, since he was never obsessed with revenge) is knocked out of their transformations with only Valen (the weakest of the three) falling victim to Suga's hypnotism, while the other two is still in the fight before the villains retreat.

It's likely, but I think the problem is not about how Shoma is a different species, but about how, like Hanto's mom, Shoma may be seen as an indirect cause of Michiru's death. Hanto's also a generally nice, dorky type, but he gave Shoma a cold shoulder upon the reveal at first.

Otherwise, I do see people now blaming Bouche for how the Stomach siblings turned out, due to his neglect, thus he's the worst of all due to being responsible for all Shoma's suffering, so yeah this should explain clearly for you. It's probably a hot take, but I view Bouche as relatively better than the Stomach siblings for having some positive traits, like giving some help to Shoma (about Dente modifying his Gavv or preventing the siblings for attacking him, not about feeding him sludge though) or not treating humans strictly as a farm, but people judge based on consequences. Stockholm syndrome seems to still qualify for the kidnapping though, and Shoma claims Michiru has always hated Bouche.

Considering all the people vanished from crowded places during the Over/Master arc and later turned in to dark snacks, I'd say the damage has already been done.

Perhaps, but he doesn't seem to view humans as less than Granutes either. Whether it's a human like his pal Suga or a Granute like his little bro Jeep, he has no problem experimenting on them if it benefits his research on creating the ultimate lifeform. But at the same time, he does sympathize, even to the unknown presidential rival who got assassinated and used for his ability.

But unlike with Sae getting caught, Shouma didn't inadvertently contribute to Michiru's death at all, since he was also the Stomachs' target by that point and they were both trying to escape together. If this situation is explained clearly, then Masaru will have no reason to resent Shouma.

Well, it's pretty hard to accuse someone of one of the most depraved crimes without implying a strong dislike for them. I have no problem with people hating Bouche, as long as they hate him for the right reasons, like neglect, human trafficking, murder and kidnapping, crimes we actually know he's guilty of, but I cannot condone severe accusations without proper evidence. I agree that Bouche is less terrible than the Stomach siblings, whose evil deeds immediately escalated after his death and while it's true that his neglect made them that way, I think Zombu is the true source of corruption for the company and Bocca for the current state of society.
