Nowadays at the price it's not but back then they weren't released as soon as they showed up in show but was confirmed for release within a reasonable time.

Sidenote has anyone noticed the price of SHF Blades is cheaper than Saber? Did Japan do a price adjust or are just choosing to sell it cheaper because of the issue with the swords?
