Honestly, I'm excited for both movies.

As for the posters, I only have two questions.

1). Where's Wanda?

2). Where's Spidey?

I expect the answer for both to be that marvel doesnt want us to know on which side they will be.

It's possible this concept art was developed before the agreement with Sony over Spider-Man movie rights was finalized. That may be why he's not in any of the group shots.

That is a possibility. But Kevin Feige also said that Black Panther would be a third party, and in the concept art, he's on Tony's side. And I don't think they would want to change Spidey's storyline in Civil War all that much (aside from the unmasking).

Maybe. But they had been negotiating for the rights since 2014.

But it would affect the Spider-Man films that want to take Peter back to his roots as a high-school student managing a secret double life. It could make things interesting to have his identity public but still have him be in high school a la Kim Possible.

I wouldn't be surprised if that happened, actually.
