I never looked at Beast Morphers as a Megaforce re-do, but with the points he made, I can see how.

I do still look forward to his reviews but I think he can be a bit harsh on some shows and of course he seems to really love Go Go Power Rangers! I did actually kind of understand his reasons though when he explained in another video about why he's not interested in Sentai, I mean people going on and on about how you should watch something can get annoying. |

Finally The Lightbringer™ returns to HOPR! I was just thinking the other day how long it's been since Ninja Steel, but IIRC he needs to wait until official home releases before he can use footage.

Unfortunately, I don't think both seasons of Beast Morphers will get an official DVD set release anytime soon, if ever.

Since I stumbled onto this thread, I've gotta ask you guys a simple question. How many people here know the origins of the actual sound of the Putty Patrollers from MMPR? I mean SERIOUSLY know. Only reason I ask...I met the guy that told me the story twice.

This is the guy that I met back on National Power Rangers Day in 2022, and then again at 2023 at another convention. The picture of Gloop and Gleep...fans of a certain age would know these characters tbh. This was the origin of the sound.

				 | Quote: My father loved the original, but didn't always have an opportunity to watch it. The duo didn't actually speak, but gestured and expressed their thoughts and feelings by physically jiggling and sounding with rhythmic groans and moans like a dry gurgle. There was a Family Guy joke a couple of years back which referenced at least one of them (and the rhinoceros). I had to work late tonight, and found this bit of levity quite welcome. It's as interesting as it is hilarious. I even impressed a coworker with the story. |
