Fun trivia, he was a voice for one of the monsters of the week during MMPR.

Cranston is a really good actor, I'll give you that, but I can't imagine him as Zordon. That said, I have no real suggestions for who they should get for him. Maybe Alfred Molina?

Maybe but his voice might be too high-pitched. Zordon can't have a booming deep voice, ala James Earl jones, but he also needs to have a certain weight to it.

I think Bryan Cranston could work as a fun little cameo that referred to his monster of the week roles.
If all else fails I would like to have Mark Strong as our new Zordon. Or if that does not succeed then Vin Diesel.
