Then I propose that we literally make a dinosaur fusion. We go about it like PuToTyra. Have the main body like one type of dinosaur, the legs/arms of another, tail, and wings.

I wanted the final boss to have the powers of all dinosaurs so I thought a fusion would have been best for that.

That poses a good question that needs to be answered right now. Because depending on which one it is will let us know which route we should take with the villains and Rider(s).

i mean there was a Shaman in Ray's backstory. so I would probably assume its like... ancient magic and a little bit of modern tech touch?

and we can't give him too many powers. don't make the guy bloated with one off weapons and abilities.
